A sinus relief facial massage leads into long firm pressure massage strokes on her neck, working out those stubborn knots as needed. Lots of hand massage. A few stretching techniques on her arms to keep them flexible (first ailment she came to me with was pain in her arms). And last but definitely not least, she added a super scrubby sugary/salt treatment (removed with steamy towels) for her feet, and her favorite foot massage with thick body butter...ending with a bit more head massage.
